Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Executive to cover Dublin North and Dublin West for an established Irish educational publisher. You will drive new business and renewals by promoting print and digital solutions through school visits, presentations and remote engagement, building strong relationships with school staff and understanding their needs.

The role requires a degree or proven education-sector sales experience, CRM proficiency, travel five days a week, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Degree or proven sales experience in education sector.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-focused approach.
• Experience selling into schools is an advantage.
• Able to identify and sell solutions based on customer needs.
• Confident presenter with CRM and digital tools experience.
• Data-driven, adaptable and well organised with good communication.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and market-share targets through territory planning.
• Identify and convert new business in Primary/Secondary schools within your territory.
• Promote print and digital solutions via visits, presentations and remote engagement.
• Build lasting relationships with school staff and tailor solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM.
• Share market and competitor insights with the business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and support events.
• Five days on the road building new and managing existing business.

Due to Expansion and Success, they are now looking to recruit a Sales Executive to cover Dublin North and Dublin West.

• Achieve sales and market-share targets through effective territory planning.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in Primary and Secondary schools within your Territory.
• Promote print and digital solutions via school visits, presentations, and remote engagement.
• Build lasting relationships with school staff, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM.
• Share market and competitor insights with the business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and support events.
• 5 Days out on the road building new business and managing existing business.

What Skills You Need for this Education Sales Role

• Relevant degree or comparable sales experience (education sector knowledge preferably).
• Proven sales experience and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong relationship builder, able to work independently and accountable for results.
• Experience selling into schools a huge advantage.
