Job summary

Salesforce Ireland is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new opportunities from inbound leads, supporting the Account Executives.

You will engage customers by phone and email to assess needs, profile accounts, and drive multi-channel follow-up while aligning with Marketing on lead quality and conversion. Fluent Turkish and English, plus a related degree, are required for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
• Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Engage with customers via telephone and email to analyse their needs.
• Profile accounts and overcome objections to generate opportunities for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion.
• Serve as the first point of contact with customers in a professional, proactive manner.
• Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts.
• Multi-channel follow-up to uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities.
• Maintain active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials.
