Red Sift in Dublin is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build our DACH pipeline. You will work with our DACH AE, participate in a high-velocity process, and contribute to a rapidly growing sales organization.

You will join a tight-knit SDR team in a startup environment, making 80 dials a day and researching 20 new prospects daily with AI-backed support. The role offers a competitive base salary, commission, and equity.

Qualifications

• Native German language proficiency is required.
• 2+ years professional experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book meetings with target accounts using phone, email, and LinkedIn with AI backend support.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive to grow revenue.
• Occasional travel to industry events.
