RECRUITERS is seeking an Internal Sales Representative for an onsite role in Ireland. You will build strong customer relationships through professional phone and email communication, prepare accurate quotations, and collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver an excellent customer experience.

This varied role combines sales, customer service and administration, with opportunities to represent the business at trade shows and occasional travel as required.

Qualificações

• Experience in internal sales or customer service, sales administration or account support recommended.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and preparing quotations in a sales or commercial environment.
• Knowledge of product, technical, distribution or trade environments would be an advantage.
• Business, sales or technical qualification is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls, email communication and proactive follow-up.
• Drive sales opportunities by preparing accurate quotations and following up on opportunities.
• Coordinate customer orders, ensuring pricing/availability and collaborating with purchasing, operations, logistics, accounts, marketing and external sales teams.
• Maintain records across customer accounts, quotations, sales activity and pipeline; share insights with the sales team.
• Represent the business at trade shows and events, with occasional domestic or international travel as required.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships and supporting the growth of existing accounts. You’ll engage with customers through professional phone and email communication, prepare accurate and timely quotations, and work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an excellent customer experience.

This is a varied role combining sales, customer service and administration, with opportunities to represent the business at trade shows and occasional travel as required.

What does my day-to-day look like ?

• Manage customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls, email communication and proactive follow-up, identifying customer needs and supporting new and repeat business opportunities.
• Drive sales opportunities by preparing accurate quotations, following up on open opportunities, addressing customer queries and objections, and supporting the conversion of enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate customer orders by ensuring accurate details, pricing and availability, while working closely with purchasing, operations, logistics, accounts, marketing and external sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting across customer accounts, quotations, sales activity and pipeline information, while sharing relevant customer and market insights with the wider sales team.
• Represent the business professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, customer visits and supplier events, with occasional domestic or international travel as required.

Requirements for the role:

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, sales administration or account support is desirable. (Within wholesale/Electrical industry)
• Experience handling customer enquiries and preparing quotations in a sales or commercial environment.
• Knowledge or experience within a product, technical, distribution or trade environment would be an advantage.
• A business, sales or technical qualification is beneficial but not essential.
