Job summary

Salesforce Ireland is seeking a skilled Success Architect to join the Cloud Success team. You will partner with strategic customers to design scalable Sales Cloud architectures, optimize data integration, and ensure security and reliability across multi-tenant deployments.

You will lead design reviews, guide solution choices, and mentor teams while collaborating with product and support teams to maximize value and long-term adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software, system or enterprise architecture with Salesforce products.
• Strong knowledge of integration, security best practices and governance for large-scale deployments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with multi-tenant, cloud-based architectures and performance tuning considerations.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools is preferred.

• Drive customer success by designing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business goals.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide proactive guidance on best practices and product innovations.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences including executives.
