Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect specializing in Industries to lead architectural guidance for high-priority Cloud Success projects in Ireland. You will partner with support engineers, CSMs, and product teams to optimize architecture, lifecycle management, and reliability for critical customers.

As an SME across Industry Clouds, you will influence product improvements, share best practices, and ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Solution design and architecture expertise across large-scale, multi-tenant deployments.
• Proven experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, platform capabilities, and best practices.
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS architectures, multi-tenancy, and complex integrations.
• Security, data governance, and analytics in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Impact by assessing Cloud implementations and delivering architectural recommendations.
• Serve as SME for Industry clouds (Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, Loyalty, Public Sector, Education, Omnistudio).
• Lead with architecture and technology strategy, sharing product best practices.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences.
• Identify gaps and design improvements or custom solutions to enable long-term adoption.
• Apply and tailor playbooks to Salesforce Cloud Success customers for outcomes-focused guidance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive success.
