Job summary

Aurivo Co-op is seeking a capable Garden Centre team member to maintain store standards, assist customers and support the Branch Manager. The role focuses on delivering excellent in-store service and accurate cash handling within a busy retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have retail/sales experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach. Training will cover product areas and Core system operations to support daily store routines.

• Dealing with customers queries, ensuring customer retention and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Dealing with transactions including cash management.
• Inventory management and stock control.
• Merchandising ensuring all areas of the store are presented to a high standard.
• Developing a working knowledge of the Core system.
• Adhoc tasks, duties and projects as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Garden Centre Department maintaining outstanding store conditions and merchandising standards and will work closely with the Branch Manager & colleagues to maximise sales while providing an excellent in-store customer experience.
