Job summary

Homeland Store Athleague is seeking two Sales/Yard Assistants to join a close-knit team at the Homeland store in Athleague. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations in a busy rural retail environment.

You will handle customer inquiries, process transactions, manage stock, and learn the Core system while contributing to a positive shopping experience for Homeland customers.

Qualifications

• Retail/sales experience in Agri, DIY & Hardware desirable.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Drive and flexible attitude.
• Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector.

Reporting to the Homeland Branch Manager, the successful candidates will work as part of a close-knit team to ensure an excellent customer experience is provided to all Homeland customers. Key Responsibilities and Duties
