Job summary

Kilkenny Design is seeking Seasonal Sales Assistants for our Flagship Store in Dublin city. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and build lasting relationships with customers while supporting the team to hit sales targets.

You must be flexible across Monday to Sunday shifts on a rotating roster, including daytime and evenings, to cover peak periods through December 2026. This is a fixed term contract with the shop’s busy season in mind.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Proven ability to deliver great customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Able to contribute to achieving sales targets and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and advise customers.
• Assist with stock replenishment and general store upkeep.

About You

Kilkenny Design are looking for a sales advisors to join the team at our Flagship Store in the heart of Dublin city. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for our values and the Kilkenny brand.
You will also:
Have great communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly, and ensuring general store standards and stock replenishment are carried out/maintained.
Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
Maximise the sales potential of your area and enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets.
