Job summary

Kilkenny Design is seeking fully flexible Seasonal Sales Assistants for our Kildare Village location. Roles run September to December with a 7-day roster including weekdays, weekends, daytime and evening shifts.

You will deliver exceptional service, use product knowledge to assist customers, and act as an ambassador for our Kilkenny brand. Successful candidates will thrive in a team, demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, and aim to maximise sales while maintaining store

Role: Seasonal Sales Assistants

Kilkenny Design, Kildare Village Outlet

Fixed term contracts, to December 2026

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have full flexibility and availability across the working week. Hours are rostered on a rotating schedule including weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening shifts.

Kilkenny Design are currently looking for a fully flexible seasonal sales assistant to join our team in Kildare Village. Contracts are from September to December, and hours are rostered over a 7-day period Monday to Sunday.

About You

You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for our values and the Kilkenny brand.

You will also:

• Have great communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly and ensuring general store standards and stock replenishment are carried out/maintained.
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
• Maximise the sales potential of your area and enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets.
