Job summary

Centra in Ireland is seeking a customer-focused team member to help ensure a positive and inviting shopping experience. You will interact with customers with pride, knowledge and care to inspire shoppers throughout their visit.

You will contribute by merchandise shelving, addressing queries efficiently, and upholding Centra brand values while embracing new initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer driven; previous customer service experience is an advantage.
