Centra in Ireland is seeking a customer-focused team member to ensure shoppers receive an excellent experience. You will engage with customers, answer queries and maintain store standards while upholding Centra brand values.

Experience in customer service is advantageous, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will merchandise shelves and contribute to a welcoming, well-presented store.

Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
