Job summary

King Communications is a progressive Vodafone partner with 24 retail stores nationwide. We are now recruiting a Full-Time Sales Administrator to join our Head Office team in Cavan Town, Co. Cavan.

This role would ideally suit a self-motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and supporting business growth. Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year. The role involves processing orders, supporting the sales team, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience in sales administration, office administration, customer service, or a similar role.
• Full training on company systems and sales processes will be provided.
• Excellent organizational and data-entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process sales orders, contracts, and customer account information within company systems.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and retail network.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking performance and key sales metrics.
• Liaise with stores, customers, and Vodafone partners to ensure efficient processing of sales-related queries.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in line with company procedures.
• Assist in month-end sales reporting and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support promotional campaigns, sales initiatives, and business development activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and sales support.
