Job summary

IT Search is assisting a Dublin-based multinational biometric security leader to hire a Software Delivery Manager. The role requires coordinating Architecture, Development, Deployment, QA, Professional Services and Product teams to ensure clear objectives and timely go-lives.

The candidate will manage cross-functional releases, balance priorities and engage Senior Management to streamline processes, with an emphasis on QA and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SaaS delivery experience across multiple releases and geographies.
• Knowledge of AWS deployment and cloud-based delivery.
• Strong ability to balance priorities across teams to protect release quality and dates.
• Background in Java development environments and DevOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate releases across Architecture, Development, Deployment, QA, Professional Services and Product teams.
• Utilise change management to adjust priorities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Own issues through to completion with clear, proactive communication.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to streamline release processes and QA focus.
• Identify incidents and drive process improvements for future releases.
• Occasionally act as internal release expert with PreSales/Professional Services.
