Job summary

IT Search in Dublin is seeking a Software Delivery Manager for Dublin City, three days onsite per week. The role coordinates releases across Architecture, Development, Deployment, QA, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure timely, high-quality go-lives and smooth post‑launch operations.

Candidates should have 8+ years in SaaS delivery, a CS degree, and Agile certs. AWS deployment, Java/DevOps familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SaaS delivery, across multiple releases and geographies.
• Computer Science degree and Agile certs.
• Ability to balance priorities with release date and quality as priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate releases across Architecture, Development, Deployment, QA, Professional Services, and Product teams.
• Utilise change management to adapt priorities and inform stakeholders.
• Own issues through to resolution with clear communication.
• Streamline release processes with Senior Management focus on QA and customer-facing outcomes.
• Document and address incidents to improve future processes.
• Occasionally act as internal Release expert with PreSales/PS for customer issues.
