Job summary

IT Search is seeking a Java Architect Developer for Dublin City, with 3 days onsite per week. The role targets a hands-on architect who can shape a biometric security SaaS product line.

Responsibilities include defining and architecting the full stack from UI to backend Java, and AWS deployment, while ensuring performance requirements are baked in. You will liaise with internal and client functions and document decisions thoroughly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of development/architecture experience, with 4+ years in senior roles.
• Backend Java/SaaS delivery experience, preferably in finance with security considerations.
• Experience with AWS deployment and microservices design.
• Strong communication and technical leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and architect the full stack from UI to backend Java, including AWS deployment.
• Collaborate with internal and client functions to ensure performance requirements are embedded in the product range.
• Create and maintain documentation around each evidenced-based decision.
