Job summary

Archer (Ireland) is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to own end-to-end SaaS implementations in a high-growth environment. You will onboard customers, deliver projects on time, manage expectations, and coordinate with Product, Development and Customer Care to ensure a seamless experience and value realization.

You will collaborate across teams to shape delivery strategy, drive adoption, and build a scalable function that supports customer satisfaction, retention and business growth in a hybrid

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Customer Delivery, Project Management or Customer Success in a SaaS/technology environment.
Proven experience managing multiple customer implementations and delivering projects on time and within scope.
Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes, including data migration, integrations, onboarding and user training.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer implementations and onboarding.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope while managing customer expectations.
Collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Care to enable a seamless delivery and great customer experience.
Drive adoption of SaaS solutions and establish delivery KPIs to improve satisfaction and retention.
