Job summary

Collins McNicholas Group is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager in Limerick. You will own end-to-end customer implementations, coordinating onboarding, data migration, integrations and user training while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

The role requires strong SaaS delivery experience, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced tech environment. Hybrid work; 2–3 days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in customer delivery, project management or customer success within a SaaS, software or technology-driven environment.
• Experience managing customer implementations from onboarding through delivery and adoption.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes including data migration, system integrations and user training.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Monday.com or Asana.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting change management and driving customer adoption of technology solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and customer success platforms.
• A degree in IT, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Manage multiple customer implementations, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation and delivery lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales and Customer Care teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and continuously improve customer onboarding and implementation processes.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively resolve issues that may affect timelines or customer satisfaction.
• Support customer adoption through training, guidance and best-practice recommendations.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure delivery performance and improve the customer experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
