Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager in Limerick to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations, manage timelines and stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of SaaS solutions.

You will collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Success teams, oversee onboarding, data migration, configurations and go-live, and drive process improvements while pursuing growth into a delivery leadership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, SaaS Implementations or Technology Delivery.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects to schedule, budget and scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles including onboarding, data migration, configuration and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SaaS implementations from planning to go-live.
• Manage timelines, budgets and scope; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Build and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor an implementation team as the business grows.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Delivery Manager, SaaS Implementations to join a growing technology business in Limerick. This role offers the chance to lead end-to-end customer implementations, manage key stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of SaaS solutions.

You will oversee projects from planning and onboarding through to configuration, data migration, integrations and go-live, ensuring delivery is on time and within scope. Working closely with Product, Development and Customer Success teams, you will manage timelines, resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement across implementation processes.

Reporting to senior leadership, this role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to progress into a leadership position, building and managing a customer delivery team as the business continues to grow.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, SaaS Implementations, Technology Delivery or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets and scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, including customer onboarding, data migration, system configuration, integrations and user training.
