Job summary

Archer (Ireland) is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to own end-to-end SaaS implementations in a high-growth environment. You will onboard customers, deliver projects on time, manage expectations, and coordinate with Product, Development and Customer Care to ensure a seamless experience and value realization.

You will collaborate across teams to shape delivery strategy, drive adoption, and build a scalable function that supports customer satisfaction, retention and business growth in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Delivery, Project Management or Customer Success in a SaaS/technology environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple customer implementations and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes, including data migration, integrations, onboarding and user training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations and onboarding.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope while managing customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Care to enable a seamless delivery and great customer experience.
• Drive adoption of SaaS solutions and establish delivery KPIs to improve satisfaction and retention.
