Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience
• Solid hands-on Ruby on Rails in production
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design fundamentals
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrations
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience
• Experience writing automated tests (RSpec)
• Structured approach to diagnosing technical problems
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and clear communication
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools

• Software Development: Build, test and maintain Ruby on Rails apps
