Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development with Rails in production.
• Strong OO design, testing, version control and maintainable code.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Relational databases experience with PostgreSQL or similar.
• Experience writing automated tests with RSpec.
• Structured approach to diagnosing problems and solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain Ruby on Rails applications.
• Translate product requirements into deliverable features.
