Ripple is hiring a Staff Software Developer to drive architecture and deliver a scalable, enterprise-grade cash forecasting platform. You will own end-to-end system design, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Ireland, the U.S., and beyond.

You should have strong Ruby on Rails expertise, deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and RESTful APIs, plus experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. This role demands leadership in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building complex, production-critical systems.
