Little Harvard Childcare in Greystones is seeking a Room Leader to guide a dedicated room team and deliver high-quality, play-based learning in a nurturing environment.

You will plan activities, uphold Tusla standards, mentor staff, and build strong partnerships with families, while supporting children's social and cognitive development.

Competenze

• Minimum Level 6 in Childcare (Level 7/8 desirable).
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Solid knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

• Confidence in mentoring and guiding team members
