Job summary

Tigers Childcare in Ongar Village, Dublin 15, is seeking a full-time Early Years Leader to guide your room and team, delivering high-quality care and education that supports holistic child development.

You will align curriculum planning with Aistear and Siolta, uphold standards, and contribute to a culture of professionalism and inclusion across the centre. Garda Vetting and references are required, with opportunities for CPD and career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar early years leadership role.
• Fetac Level 6 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Education.
• Copies of qualifications and 2 written references.
• Garda Vetting (we will manage this for you).
• International police clearance if applicable (for those who have lived abroad 6+ months).
• Leadership capability, reliability, empathy, and passion for working with children.
