Job summary

First Steps Creche Silversprings in County Cork is seeking a Room Leader for 1‑2.5‑year‑olds to join a small full‑day care team. This permanent role offers an hourly rate between €16 and €20, with working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Position

• Organise and plan daily activities to meet the needs of the 1‑2.5‑year‑old age group.
• Implement a quality early‑childhood curriculum and creative skills to develop age‑appropriate activities underpinned by Aistear and Siolta.
• Ensure the safety, security and well‑being of all children, following TUSLA regulations.
