Job summary

Anduril Industries in Dublin is seeking a Lead Production Technician to own end-to-end returns and repairs for Voyager products. You will manage field returns, perform testing and fault-finding, and drive documentation and reporting at every stage.

You will build the RMA function, establish processes, tools, and metrics, and grow the team from the ground up, ensuring rapid turnaround and clear stakeholder communication with US teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven ability to build and lead a function or team from scratch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Methodical testing with attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, organise and document work clearly.
• Flexible approach to tasks and timing.
• Must be authorised to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Own RMA deliverables end to end including field returns, test, repair and shipment.
• Build and lead the RMA function and team with defined processes, tooling and metrics.
• Test, diagnose and repair returned product using standard procedures.
• Produce customer-facing outputs such as quotations and repair reports.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation in SAP and ensure timely process updates.
