The Doyle Collection Head Office – Ireland is seeking a Risk Management Officer to join the Group Risk Management Department. You will support risk and compliance initiatives across the group, interact with hotel properties, and participate in key engineering projects with some travel.

Responsibilities include supporting risk assessments, internal audits, safety statements, and capital project reviews. A proactive, communicative professional with hospitality exposure is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Forensic knowledge of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and General Applications Regulations 2012.
• Experience/knowledge of Food Safety regulations and HACCP.
• Understanding of environmental legislation and Fire Safety legislation.
• Ability to carry out research and produce high quality conclusions and reports.
• Experience of food safety and health and safety auditing desirable.
• Experience with project work, especially capital/engineering projects.
• Drive, energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hospitality experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning and executing Risk and Engineering projects aligned with the Group Risk Management Department strategy.
• Conduct research and report findings to the Head of Risk.
• Support structuring and implementing key projects including risk assessments and training materials.
• Contribute to annual Risk and Safety and HACCP Internal Audit Programme.
• Assist with updating property-specific safety statements.
• Participate in gap analyses on process safety risk assessments and action plan delivery.
• Monitor and drive hotel property engineering and compliance inspections.
• Oversee Fire Risk Assessment remedial actions progress.
• Update legislation registers.
• Attend risk, health and safety, and food safety meetings.
• Contribute to capital project work.
