Job summary

Trump International Doonbeg in Doonbeg, Ireland, seeks a Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance and staff engagement in a luxury 5‑star hotel. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will lead recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, maintain staff records and collaborate with department heads to ensure a positive, legally sound working environment.

A 3rd level HR qualification and CIPD are desirable; fluent English is essential, and hotel HR

Qualifications

• A 3rd Level Qualification in HR or related discipline.
• CIPD qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day HR operations of the HR department.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Handling employee relations and providing guidance to line managers on employee relations matters.
• Ensure company procedures are in compliance with Irish employment law.
• Maintain accurate staff records and HR systems.
• Support internal communications and employee recognition initiatives.
• Assist with HR reporting and audits.
• Partner with the Director of HR on policy development and implementation.
• Continuously look for ways to improve how HR operates and supports the wider business.
