We employ over 170 people in Dublin within our Global Supply Chain Operation. We are looking for a Reversal Manager to manage our reversal operation at our Global distribution centre based in Horizon Logistics Park Dublin.
Role Overview
The Reversal area is responsible for managing returned, non-standard, and exception stock flows across watches, jewellery, and related operations. The work combines operational processing, stock control, system transactions, quality checks, documentation, and team coordination. We are looking for a Reversal Associate Manager for our reversal operation at our Global distribution centre based in Horizon logistics park.
Key Responsibilities:
Reverse Logistics & Product Flows
Oversee a wide range of specialized inbound and exception flows, ensuring rigorous conformity and quality standards:
- Returns (JWA, Boutique Sales, and E-Commerce)
- Buybacks and Consignments
- Serial number queries and Virtual Returns
- Product flows between distribution centre and manufacturing sites
Operational & Quality Control
Drive daily operational excellence, conformity checks while supporting business requirements.
- Executing system postings including Posting Goods Receipt (PGR) and Posting Goods Issue (PGI)
Stock & Warehouse Management
Ensure inventory accuracy and smooth physical-to-system movements across the facility:
- Overseeing picking/packing reversals, good receipt and releases for QC, polishing, or repair
- Managing stock movements to internal or external repair partners
- Directing physical stock counts and ensuring business inventory targets are achieved.
- Handling system movements including block/unblock stock, SAP code changes, location changes, and stock type changes
- Lead stock investigation and root cause analysis.
Systems, Transactions & Data Integrity
Ensure seamless systems execution within SAP and WMS to clear operational bottlenecks:
- Resolving complex order errors, order creation roadblocks, and partial-cancellation mismatches
- Managing the quality tracker and responding to queries from manufacturing sites (Valenza, Neuchâtel)
- Overseeing inventory alignment across SAP and WMS, melting/transformation flows (BB).
- Overseeing the delivery of inventory alignment between SAP-S4 and WMS (Snapshot) to ensure system integrity is maintained.
Documentation, Governance & Continuous Improvement
Maintain operational compliance and robust audit trails:
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and reversal area documentation
- Supporting major technological / operational initiatives.
Team Leadership, Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
Foster a collaborative, cross-functional working environment:
- Coordinating daily team workloads
- Leading morning meetings with Reversal team and manage weekly priorities with Supply planning and rework team (QA and Polishing).
- Acting as the primary point of contact for reverse logistics and business-wide queries regarding reversal operations
- Work with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priority business needs, supporting the correct allocation of resources during busy period.
- Align with Key business stakeholders to ensure all Buy Back campaigns are closed off
- Supporting company-wide initiatives, roadshows, and similar events
- Leading the Reversal training plan to ensure business continuity.
Safety
- Lead a safe working environment.
- Developing and maintaining all safety documentation, such as risk assessments, incident / accident reporting.
- Experience in Risk Assessments mgmt. to ensure all processes are controlled.
- Support the Good Save Program.
- Support all safety initiatives, concerns within the Reversal area.
- Support all safety meetings when required.

Hard Skills
- Operations: Proven experience in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping.
- Inventory Control: Proven Experience of inventory management principles, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Proven experience with WMS software for tracking inventory and managing orders.
- Safety Regulations: Understanding of OSHA guidelines and best practices for warehouse safety.
