Job summary

Choice Stores in Tullamore is seeking a Retail Team Leader to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor and lead a small team with energy and professionalism.

You will focus on coaching staff, driving performance, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role suits a proactive, people-focused individual with 1–2 years in retail or team

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or team leadership role preferred.
• Strong people skills and excellent communication ability.
• Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service

• Support key daily routines such as till checks and close up procedures
