Job summary

Homesavers in Arklow are seeking a Retail Team Leader to oversee day-to-day store operations and support the retail leadership team.

You will lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, manage stock and displays, open and close the store, and ensure accurate till procedures while maintaining store standards.

Availability is Monday to Friday with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible, with flexible availability.
• Ability to deliver standards and results.
• Retail experience is an advantage to have.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with deliveries, stock handling, and inventory counts
• Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
• Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls
• Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures
• Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team
