Job summary

Avoca Malahide is seeking a responsible Retail Team Lead to support the management team in a full-time permanent position at the Avoca Malahide store and cafe.

You will handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, customer service, and day-to-day running while upholding brand standards and delivering excellent service.

We are looking for a responsible full time Retail Team Lead to assist the management team in Avoca Malahide on a full-time permanent contract. Duties of the Team Lead include opening and/or closing duties of the Avoca Malahide store and/or cafe, assisting with day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways.
The Team Lead's responsibilities include cash handling, cash reconciliation, assisting in running the daily employee breaks, customer service queries and supporting the management team in various capacities. The ideal candidate should have experience within the retail or food industry and have a proven track record of seeking responsibility.
