Job summary

Avoca Suffolk Street is seeking a responsible Retail Team Lead to join our on-site team on a full-time permanent basis. You will help manage daily store operations, lead the team, handle customer service queries, and support the management in various capacities.

We are looking for a responsible full time Retail Team Lead to assist the management team in Avoca Suffolk Street on a full-time permanent contract. Duties of the Team Lead include opening and/or closing duties of the Avoca Suffolk Street store, assisting with day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways.

The Team Lead’s responsibilities include cash handling, cash reconciliation, assisting in running the daily employee breaks, customer service queries and supporting the management team in various capacities. The ideal candidate should have experience within the retail industry and have a proven track record of seeking responsibility.
