Job summary

Portwest Retail in Westport is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team. You will promote an outstanding customer experience, manage stock, and drive KPI performance through strong leadership.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of retail management experience, a passion for outdoor products, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's retail management experience.
• Keen interest in outdoor activities and knowledge of the range.
• Strong understanding of customer service and experience.

• Experience in stock management and EPOS till systems.

Portwest Retail is a leading Irish owned retail chain with 4 stores on the Wild Atlantic Way, with stores in Westport, Galway and Killarney.

We are currently looking to recruit for the role of Supervisor, in our Westport store.

Full training will be provided for the role.
