3D Personnel is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Letterkenny for a new store opening soon. You will lead an enthusiastic team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive store performance and profitability in Ireland.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff; maintain high store standards; create engaging displays; manage budgets and KPIs, and help shape a growing retail concept with an open, friendly culture.

Package

• Healthcare: VHI Plan upon successful completion of the probationary period.
• Pension: 2.5%
• Annual Leave: 20 days per year
• Maternity / Paternity Leave: 50% pay for six months (following one year's service)
• Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): 24/7 counselling service and access to a wellbeing app
