The Role

As Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving store performance and profitability, and building a highly engaged team.

• Coaching and motivating employees in a positive and supportive environment.
• Ensuring high store standards with a focus on sales and profitability.

Package

• Salary: €45,000 - €50,000
• Healthcare: VHI Plan upon successful completion of the probationary period.
• Pension: 2.5%
• Annual Leave: 20 days per year
• Maternity / Paternity Leave: 50% pay for six months (following one year's service)
