Camsaw Distributors Ltd in the Republic of Ireland is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to elevate in-store displays and build strong relationships with DIY & Hardware customers. Work is hybrid, based around Portarlington and the East Leinster region.

The role focuses on creating visually appealing product displays, coordinating with store teams, monitoring stock, and supporting customer events. A driving licence and English language proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment related to hardware / Retail.
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and identifying trends.
• Ability to think strategically and understand the customer experience and how this follows through to the sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong IT skills are essential for this role.
• Full clean Driving Licence required

Responsibilities

• Build and install creative and visually appealing product displays that highlight our range of machinery, tools, and accessories.
• Collaborate with store management teams to ensure displays align with sales goals, seasonal themes, and promotions.
• Maintain store layout and ensure products are properly arranged for easy customer navigation and maximum sales impact.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and product innovation to keep displays fresh and engaging.
• Regularly refresh and update displays to reflect new stock, seasonal changes, and current promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team to ensure display integrity.
• Support the coordination and delivery of customer events throughout the year.
• Assist with the sales order process and other business activities in collaboration with the local Sales Executives and National Retail Sales Manager.

Ideally located in: Laois, Offaly, Carlow, Kilkenny, Kildare, or Tipperary (Ireland East)

At Camsaw Distributors Ltd, we specialise in providing high-quality garden machinery and equipment to DIY, Hardware and Dealer stores across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and dedicated Sales Merchandiser to help elevate the shopping experience and build strong relationships with our DIY & Hardware customers — with potential expansion to our Dealer network.
