Camsaw Distributors Ltd is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Ireland. Based in hybrid Portarlington, Laois, you will create engaging product displays and work with store management to align with promotions and sales goals.

You will monitor inventory, refresh displays for new stock and seasonal changes, and support events and order processing with local Sales Executives and the National Retail Sales Manager. English required, driving licence essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in hardware/retail.
• Strong creative skills with an eye for design and trends.
• Ability to think strategically and understand customer experience across sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong IT skills are essential for this role.
• Full clean driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Build & install creative, visually appealing product displays showcasing machinery, tools and accessories.
• Collaborate with store management to align displays with sales goals and promotions.
• Maintain store layout and ensure products are well arranged for easy navigation and maximum sales impact.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and product innovations to refresh displays.
• Regularly refresh displays to reflect new stock, seasonal changes and promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stock team to maintain display integrity.
• Support coordination and delivery of customer events throughout the year.
• Assist with sales order processes and other activities with local Sales Executives and National Retail Sales Manager.

Sales Merchandiser – Join the Camsaw Distributors Team!

Location: Republic of Ireland

Full-Time Position

Ideally located in: Laois, Offaly, Carlow, Kilkenny, Kildare, or Tipperary (Ireland East)

At Camsaw Distributors Ltd, we specialise in providing high-quality garden machinery and equipment to DIY, Hardware and Dealer stores across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and dedicated Sales Merchandiser to help elevate the shopping experience and build strong relationships with our DIY & Hardware customers — with potential expansion to our Dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & install creative and visually appealing product displays that highlight our range of machinery, tools, and accessories.
• Collaborate with store management teams to ensure displays align with sales goals, seasonal themes, and promotions.
• Maintain store layout and ensure products are properly arranged for easy customer navigation and maximum sales impact.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and product innovation to keep displays fresh and engaging.
• Regularly refresh and update displays to reflect new stock, seasonal changes, and current promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team to ensure display integrity.
• Support the coordination and delivery of customer events throughout the year.
