Job summary

Allcare Management Services Allcare is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Manager for Flynn's Life Pharmacy Ennis to lead the front-of-counter team, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer care within a busy community pharmacy.

You will manage staff, implement category management and SOPs, and oversee cash handling and health-and-safety compliance while delivering value to patients and customers. Strong leadership, communication and business acumen are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pharmacy standards in line with company SOPs and sales targets.
• Implement category management, merchandising, and stock control.
• Oversee cash handling, receipts, safes and lodgements per company policies.
• Address cash handling issues with staff as required.
• Ensure proper receipt and documentation of goods and services.
• Manage DOH schemes like DPS, LTI, GMS and monthly reconciliation.
• Execute product promotions and adhere to Allcare procedures.
• Maintain security of stock and safety of staff and customers.
• Ensure front-of-counter efficiency and rostering to maximise profitability.
• Lead by example; coach staff to deliver professional customer service.
• Monitor public attitude and advise on opportunities and challenges.
