Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to deliver best-in-class retail standards at the front counter.
• Manage front of counter retail business and team to achieve targets.
• Maintain shop standards, SOPs, cash handling, and stock control.
• Implement department policies and promote product promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor rostering to maximise profitability and staff efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to management on challenges and opportunities.
