Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to deliver the best shopping trip for customers by ensuring great service, standards and availability.
• Deliver all key performance indicators for your departments.
• Lead a team, making decisions every day that support them to do their jobs.
• Deliver the training plan, ensuring all colleagues receive quality training and are validated to do their job and have an up to date training card.
• Ensure that processes and systems for your departments are completed accurately and on time.
