Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to deliver great service, standards and availability for customers.
• Deliver all key performance indicators for your department.
• Plan every seasonal, trade driving and promotional activity to maximise sales and presentation.
• Deliver the training plan, ensuring all colleagues receive quality training and are up to date.
• Ensure processes, routines and systems are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain health and safety routines and address identified issues.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback across the store to improve skills.
