• Retail experience preferred.

• Make daily decisions to support colleagues in their roles.
• Deliver the training plan and ensure up-to-date training cards.
• Ensure processes and routines are completed accurately and on time.
• Plan seasonal activities to maximize sales and presentation.
• Ensure safe and legal routines and address issues.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve the shopping trip.
• Create an environment encouraging innovation and growth.
