Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• For the ‘Line Manager’ role you have a demonstrated track record of delivering results.
• Passion for delivering the right way for customers and colleagues.
• Adaptable and agile in thinking.
• Delivers key objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Is the ‘Go To’ person for all queries for the department.
• Shaping and influencing at senior level.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to deliver the best Shopping Trip for customers by ensuring great service, standards and availability.
• Deliver all key performance indicators for your departments.
• Lead a team, making decisions every day that support them to do their jobs.
• Deliver the training plan, ensuring all colleagues receive quality training and have an up-to-date training card.
• Ensure all processes, routines and systems for your departments are completed accurately and on time.
• Plan seasonal, trade-driving and promotional activities to maximize sales and presentation.
• Responsible for safe and legal routines for departments with mitigation plans.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve skills.
