Job summary

Tesco Ireland is seeking a Line Manager at Paul Street who will lead a department and a team to deliver an excellent customer shopping experience. You will coach, develop and supervise staff, ensuring service standards, availability and safety compliance are maintained.

The role requires prior management and retail experience, with a focus on delivering KPIs, staff training, and effective coaching in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Customer-focused with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to deliver great service and standards for customers.
• Deliver all key performance indicators for your departments.
• Plan seasonal, trade driving and promotional activities to maximise sales and presentation.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback across the store to improve skills.
• Ensure health and safety routines and SOPs are followed by the team.
• Help colleagues by supporting other departments when needed.
