Job summary

Boots Ireland is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of technology-enabled operational services and business-critical projects across our stores, pharmacy and support functions, ensuring systems and services are reliable, secure and fit for the future.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you'll work closely with local stakeholders, Group IT teams and third-party suppliers to maintain service performance, manage incidents, drive continuous improvement and reduce operational

Qualifications

Experience leading operational delivery, service management or project implementation in a retail or complex operational environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing suppliers and third-party partners.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through others.
Proactive focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead IT operations and business change initiatives to ensure reliable technology services across Boots Ireland.
Manage incidents, escalations and service performance issues.
Partner with Group IT, stakeholders and suppliers to maintain high service standards.
Manage supplier governance and performance relationships.
Lead cross-functional projects with delivery against timelines and objectives.
Identify improvements to enhance resilience, efficiency and business outcomes.
Use data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
