You will manage daily replenishment, merchandising, and local events, while maximizing commercial opportunities across in-store, Omni and digital channels. The role requires strong communication, a proactive attitude, and a passion for protecting the brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment.
• Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Willingness to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily replenishment and stock movements to maintain standards.
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold store and Brand guidelines.
• Leverage digital channels and social media to drive business locally.
• Plan local marketing initiatives and events aligned to Retail activity.
• Handle refunds/complaints per guidelines and protect the brand image.
• Ensure health & safety and audit standards are met.
