Three Ireland Head of Retail leads a senior team to drive growth across the retail estate while elevating customer experience at every touchpoint. You will define and execute a unified retail strategy, balance commercial performance with exceptional CX, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver strategic goals.

You will oversee a large retail estate, motivate multi-site teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute initiatives that strengthen brand value and loyalty.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive retail leadership experience — typically 8–12+ years — including multi-site management and P&L accountability.
• Proven track record in telco, technology, or consumer-facing retail with measurable CX improvements.
• Prior experience managing franchise/indirect partner retail channels.
• Strong data analytics and CRM experience (NPS, CSAT, customer journey mapping).

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a retail strategy delivering commercial results and best-in-class CX across owned and partner stores.
• Embed CX practices in operations, policies and performance frameworks.
• Set and monitor CX KPIs (CSAT, NPS, sales conversion, retention).
• Develop long-term plans for retail evolution including omnichannel integration and innovations.
• Drive retail sales, conversion, and profitability across devices and services.
• Oversee end-to-end retail operations including store readiness, inventory, merchandising, compliance and daily performance.
• Use customer insights to personalise engagement and reduce friction.
• Monitor store performance data to optimise results and identify opportunities.
• Create a culture that drives higher basket value by adding complementary products.
