Job summary

ReAction is seeking a Client Manager in Dublin to oversee sales, planning and delivery of campaigns for a portfolio of brand clients across retail media channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and the retailer to drive in-store and online growth.

With 3+ years in media sales or client management, you will lead proposals, optimise campaigns, and contribute to post-campaign reporting. The role is hybrid in Dublin, offering a competitive package and pension/health benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in media sales or client management.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and revenue forecast.
• Experience with retail media or similar environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
• Collaborative and proactive with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and campaign planning for your portfolio across in-store and digital media touchpoints.
• Build strong relationships with clients and the retail partner.
• Proactively pitch incremental spend and cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare client proposals and presentations demonstrating ROI and objectives.
• Contribute to post-campaign reporting and derive growth insights.
• Collaborate with Campaign Management to ensure timely, on-brief delivery.
• Support wider retail media projects with ideas and insights.
